It's better if they focus on the customers who love the offline buying journey instead of managing their inventory digitally.

During constant load testing, if the number of active(in limbo) reqs exceed the load defined as the num of reqs per second, it's sign of system being overburdened. One should check for bottlenecks i.e. CPU(Algo/Async/Blocking), Network, Disk.
