Maj Gen Salil Seth, #GOC, Madhya UP Sub Area (#MUPSA), laid a solemn wreath at Smritika War Memorial while relinquishing command, paying homage to the fallen heroes and reaffirming the timeless values of service and sacrifice.

The General complimented and thanked all ranks of MUPSA for their professionalism and unwavering commitment over the past two years, which led to significant and measurable progress across diverse domains — welfare of veterans and Veer Naris, enhancement of health services, strengthening military–civil synergy and creation of key infrastructure that enhanced the quality of life across the entire area of responsibility.

The General also urged all ranks to uphold the proud traditions of the Indian Army and continue to serve with honour, commitment and pride — to take MUPSA to even greater heights.
