After all the hard work, this is how We are treated.
But will it stop us from serving the Nation???
A Big NO
Bankers being good at multitasking will continue doing both, Serving Nation & Raising Voice for themselves.

An agreement must be honoured. A reward system must be fair.

#5DayWeekandFairPLI

The 5 Day Work Week for bank employees was agreed in the Bipartite Settlement of March 2024. Its implementation cannot remain pending indefinitely.

At the same time, a unilateral and discriminatory PLI framework that divides the workforce must give way to a fair, transparent and inclusive system for all employees.

Every achievement of our banks is the outcome of collective effort.

Recognition too must reflect that collective contribution.

We seek no privilege, only implementation of an agreed commitment, equality in reward and dignity at work.

@PMOIndia

The frustration among bank employees rests on divided PLI structures, begging the need for a corrective path. #5DayWeekandFairPLI #AIBOC @PMOIndia

India’s Bank employees seek two things rooted in fairness and dignity at work.

The demand for a 5 Day Work Week in banks is not new. It already stands agreed upon in the Bipartite Settlement of March 2024. What remains is its long-pending implementation.

At the same time, the unilateral and discriminatory PLI system must be abolished and replaced with a fair, transparent and inclusive framework for all employees, recognising the collective effort behind every institution’s performance.

Hardworking bank employees are not asking for privilege. They are asking for implementation of an agreement and equality in reward.

A motivated banking workforce strengthens Indian banking and the nation.

@RMithileshSingh @collector_dewas @CMMadhyaPradesh @TheOfficialSBI @DFS_India @RBI Shameful Incident. A BM is not a traffic police. It's the responsibility of local authorities to manage rush outside bank premises.@TheOfficialSBI Hope you strongly reply to this.

Dilli Bahoot Door Hai!
For a whole week Del-Leh airfares r above Rs 33000 when all roads r blocked for 6 months.
Much cheaper to fly to London, than to Leh!!!
Imagine students, patients returning home!
Few additional flights shouldn't be hard!
