👑 Congratulations to @teamrbcs on being crowned 3rd XI league champions 2023 👑 Finished on joint points with @Radley_Football but they won the head to head match up last week and finished with an astonishing result today. 👏🏼

What a week of sport. 1 x 🏊‍♂️ gala, 13 x⚽️ fixtures (9 x C/D & the girls 1st game), 3 x 🏐 fixtures, @societyofheads VIIs 🏉, and 4 x 8 🚣‍♀️ at Schools Head of The River. Best part of 200 pupils out representing #teamRBCS in one week. Well done pupils, 🙏 staff👏👊 🔵🟡@ReadingBlues

Final diving session before the Scuba Squad arrive in Malta. Such a fun and yet cathartic adventurous activity - and that's just in the pool! Ship wrecks and plane wrecks here we come!

The inaugural weekend of the Sailing Leadership Programme was extremely well attended by a hardy bunch of Year 8s and Year 9s. There was plenty of grit and determination on display as well as an inordinate amount of smiles, laughter and bonhomie. Superb! https://t.co/kkjeTnDnT8

A good 2-1 win for the ⚽ 1st XI, coming from behind in a tough encounter with @OratoryFootball in the @CISL_2023 Two goals for captain Dan H. Thanks to Oratory for coming over and a competitive game.

There is nothing like a school musical to generate a buzz throughout the school community. Tonight’s performance of #footloose @ReadingBlues was absolutely sensational! A huge congratulations to the cast on such a slick performance oozing with professionalism! #rbcs #schoolshow

Awesome day at the QE Olympic Park for the A level students learning about Olympic Legacy, followed by some hair raising cycling up the banks of the velodrome. 😬 @LeeValleyVP @ReadingBlues 🚴‍♀️💨

Huge thank you to @RBCSPE @RBCS_rugby @ReadingBlues for hosting the annual Year 8 Berkshire festival of rugby today.

Always a highlight on the calendar. Fantastic tournament for students to progress their rugby and equally brilliant sixth form referees provided!

The Year 7s enjoying some bouldering at Oakwood Climbing Centre on a wintry November day. The first rung on the climbing ladder. Never underestimate the mental detox of solely focusing on the next handhold and foothold. For those moments, nothing else matters!

Great session on the 'High All Aboard' this afternoon. With just 4 pegs and small platform, it was a test of nerves and team work. Fun with a purpose!

Really looking forward to presenting these Stage 2 Youth Sailing Scheme certificates to our Year 8 Ad Ed Sailing Squad. Steady progress towards Instructor status is the name of the game! Well done!

Four Year 13 students successfully completed their RYA Competent Crew course in some pretty 'atmospheric' conditions. It is great to see them progress from the Start Yachting course undertaken during Activities Week. In terms of feed back: "It was amazing." Very well done!
