Congratulations to RB students Avery Blair, Ella Blomgren, Olivia Escobedo, Mikaela Hogue, Sophia Jimenez, Avery Long, and Elizabeth Moran on completing the YC2 Program! YC2 is a youth philanthropy program that fosters students’ exploration of their local communities and the social issues within them, educates them on philanthropic theory, and involves them in assessing organizations and distributing grants. Special thanks to the Community Memorial Foundation staff, Charlie Corrigan, President and CEO; Tom Fuechtmann, Program Director; and Beth Murin, Program & Communications Officer, for collaborating with local high schools and organizations to provide the best philanthropic experiences for our students. #RB208Pride

Senior Jessica Kot has earned the prestigious Chick Evans Memorial Scholarship from the Western Golf Association! Jessica earned this award through her caddying experience at Riverside Golf Club, academic achievements, extracurricular activities, an essay, and an interview process. The scholarship will provide Jessica with full tuition and housing at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. We could not be more proud of Jessica for the hard work and commitment it took to earn this incredible honor! #RB208Pride
