Monty, I am 56 years old and have always been an American pretty engaged in politics/current events. Of course I have been hearing, ever since my little ears could hear, all about Iran screaming "Marg bar Âmrikâ", still I have yet to see, hear or read about all the death, so those American death-by-Iran details are news to me. Therefore, just to make sure I'm not missing something, I'd like some more factual data on those numbers.

First, I live in Florida, so (at least in theory) the tax collectors can't touch my house.

2nd of all ... Personal federal tax is illegal except under very specific and rare circumstances. For the record, I am not a CPA nor licensed accountant, but I'm not an idiot either, and I can read. Anyone wanting to come at me on this post screeching to see my academia credentials that allow me to speak these words, you can go do you-know-what to yourself ... or, better, do some research and you might be surprised!

Please don't be a typical compliant Citizen X. We can find our way out of this incredibly evil rut ONLY if we all come together and understand what our Constitution really allows the feds to do. At the very least, understand that federal income tax is not the first nor only bamboozlement enacted upon us by our "elected representatives" (or non-elected, as it may be or have been🤔) and it's been going on far too long.

Do you know any 1040 taxpayer that was jailed, once they pushed back or filed an appeal to a decision that resulted in taxes, penalties or interest charged for FAILURE TO FILE? Those are the key 3 words, as the taxman catch is once you file, and sign your name on the 1040, they got you -- you are signing to attest you owe and will pay them the amount calculated on the return, UNDER PENALTY OF PERJURY. Once you sign, you legally owe, and then if you end up on the dark side of an audit, they absolutely will take everything AND probably kill your dog too.

Interpret my above words very literally. Sure, lots of people get audited, based on returns already filed. It's not surprising that an audit, along with the spector of the big bad taxman scares the beJesus out of them, so they just pay ... or perhaps they are hiding much bigger fish than the IRS might currently be trying to fry, so they just pay and quickly, to take the light and heat off them.

However, for cases where they come at you for failure to file, and I can tell you from personal experience that they will, I'd venture a guess that you'd be hard-pressed to find someone -- in the very specific situation I am describing -- that once there is pushback (literally a "prove I owe it, Bully" situation) where the IRS didn't just let it go. Provided they followed very specific methods and rules to orchestrate the pushback, they would have to back off, since they can't prove it, as it's not in the Constitution and there's no legislature on the books.

3rd - BasedRudyB is correct - even if federal taxes were legal to collect, all of us simply not filing or paying tax is the last of very few NON-VIOLENT methods of protest available to us. Even though Biden started arming & training IRS Agents for ambush techniques, which was quite disturbing, they can't jail us all ... or can they?

Sorry, I've wasted way too much of your time writing about taxes, when the real point is this: too many people are suffering or dying, and they aren't in Israel. If they are allowed to plow thru and obtain hedgemony in the Middle East, who do you think they will set their eyes on next? Do you think they will just be satiated, growing fat and happy in the sun? Of course you don't, nor do I, nor does BasedRudyB.

We are not attacking you, so stop taking it personally. Instead, JOIN US! We are trying to offer up non-violent solutions to save ourselves and retain at least some hope of offering our descendents chance at a decent, safe life, outside of enslavement, medical abuse, pharma mass-poisoning, and absent of forever war.
