Despite clearly informing your team multiple times that the auto-debit process was attempted patiently but did not go through,
Given this, I don’t understand why I am still receiving 25–30 calls in a single day, with your team insisting that I retry the auto-debit process while being online with them.
I appreciate that auto-debit may be intended to make payments seamless.
@Central_Railway These stations get a zillion fast and slow trains every 2 minutes many running half empty, yet they still hijack the Badlapur/Karjat/Khopoli trains. @Central_Railway
@MTPHereToHelp Also, can the authorities question Mumbai rickshaw walas for saying no every single time? Between Uber cancellations and rickshaws, commuting is a nightmare.
Kurla Station → BKC, just 3 kms. Took 1.5 hrs, ₹300 rickshaw for a 10-min ride. End result? Paid triple, wasted time, got late, embarrassed myself, and reached looking like a mess. Middle class pays lakhs in taxes for THIS? @MTPHereToHelp@MumbaiPolice@mybmc@MORTHIndia
@MTPHereToHelp Doesn’t help. I missed my meeting and I am sure 100 others have faced the same. There needs to be a permanent solution. Better connectivity and even better traffic management.
@delhivery I have been trying to raise a ticket for my delayed delivery and also requested a call back to understand the reason. However there has been no update and I have been waiting for the call back for the last 5 hours now
@myntra I have been a loyal customer for 15+ years, ordering extensively with barely any return history. But your team refused to help just because the new 7-day return window lapsed when it used to be 30, then 15. That’s unfair.
