@keithwhipp This is the correct take by a mile.
I feel like there is a range of forgiveness in some higher scores. If you shoot 100+ you probably have a few or more strokes in there.
If you tell me you shoot in the 80s and lower you better be putting them all in.
@engineeringolf Started lining up tee shots with the line on the ball. Even if the ball doesn’t have a line I’ll use the brand or model name. Helps me get my club face square and I go from there.
That cycle was in full force today for me. Newish golfer and my swing absolutely betrayed me today. Had a few rounds like that in the past but was able to pull it together. Today not so much.
Maybe Harvey Penick was right when he said, “if I give you an aspirin dont take the whole bottle.”
@RetailBrokerHTX@BayouBikeyBoi I actually did some preliminary pricing for this job a year or two ago. The plans didn’t look anything like that. It’s tucked back in an odd corner behind some new industrial with some older apartments down the street. It’s not my money 🤷
As a newer golfer/high handicapper I find playing with the same type ball through an entire round beneficial. Instead of going to five different types of balls through a single round.
My swing/contact might vary from shot to shot but it seems logical to have one less variable.
@TheICHpodcast Don’t these guys basically run a “real estate brokerage” that pimps out dolled up women with way too much plastic surgery? Who listens to this nonsense.
@Top100Rick He says it is his first hole in one on camera. He also says “that’s one of my first ones and I have another one I can’t talk about”. Left me scratching my head as to what that means.
Still fun to watch. His videos are great and so is Justin Rose.
This is such a bad take. Are we still listening to this guy?
I have a friend who travels with an NBA team for work, he was in town a month ago. Him and his colleagues were talking about the best and worst places to stay all over the country. These are regular working guys.
Pro athletes and personnel live half the year on the road, of course they’re gonna like some places more than others.
It was a great video. Fun to watch. Good banter and back and forth. Never seen a BDS video before but I’m a fan now.
The hate for LeBron is so wild to me. If we as a society were half as good at our jobs as LeBron is at his job we would have a lot of issues solved. He can’t even make a golf video where he isn’t criticized.
This is the correct take. For as much as Hurley can annoy me, this was just a moment of disbelief. Even the tv guys were speechless. I saw another tweet that said it was the same thing as Jimmy V looking for someone to hug. Nothing malicious about it.
We need more personality in the game anyways. Hurley definitely brings that. Love him or hate him, the guy can coach his ass off.
Growing up in Texas chili was never a “Texas” thing that was sacred. Can’t say I have any friends who grew up here where chili was a thing either.
Don’t get me wrong I make it once or twice a year, but many other foods that are far more debate worthy.
Beans in chili for me. Make it how you like it!
