@RichNathan To my knowledge, ACB has never tried a case, argued an appeal or been lead counsel on a case. She was a clerk or a professor for most of her career. She practiced law for 3 years as an associate and became a judge in 2017. Shouldn't SCOTUS picks have substantial legal experience?
