National Skills Development Corporation (NSDC) is taking a monumental stride towards creating a social impact through outcome-based projects! 💪 By listing these projects on the Social Stock Exchange, we have the power to attract social investors and establish an alternative funding mechanism for skilling initiatives. This shift from relying solely on grants and philanthropy to focusing on results, such as job placement and retention, is a visionary move that sets us apart. It aligns perfectly with the global trend of socially responsible organizations seeking social returns on investments and drives our contribution to India's growth in the booming ESG market. 🌍
Join us as we foster impactful change together and propel India's youth towards a brighter future! 💫 By embracing this new approach, we are not only empowering our youth but also directly investing in their success. Investing in change means investing in skill development, paving the way for a prosperous and socially responsible India. 🌟
Let's lead the way and create a ripple effect that resonates across industries. Together, we can create a nation where skills meet opportunities, and every individual thrives. 🙌

Lack of opportunities in villages leads thousands of youth to migrate for manual labor in cities. But with skilling - their future is brighter as it equips them with a better range of opportunities with fairer compensations. Like Santosh - at @WeareSwades along with our partners have trained 4,700+ youth in masonry, welding, accounting, hospitality, etc. Most have been placed in formal employment with over 79% completing over a year at their new job placements.
