Either ways a claim I raised on 13th Sep is still under process. Will I ever get this claim processed?

As per EPFO Citizens’ Charter: Form-31 settlement = 20 calender days (Scheme) & 7 working days (Charter). But EPFO Bangalore says it’s 20 working days. Which is correct? Please clarify.
