@Bose issues with my QC35 II and they are just out of warranty. But it wasn’t a fault caused by me , rather one that’s always been there and I didn’t know, micro-pauses In audio that slowly got longer , noise cancel being poor, but cs was rude even tho it’s a manufacturer fault
