@AdmiralUK lodged a worthy complaint having received zero support for 6 weeks getting my claim addressed and ended up doing everything myself. 2 days off the 8 week response on my complaint and told its a backlog and you can go to financial ombudsman. Brilliant! More time!!

@AdmiralUK adding a complaint about inability to appoint a garage has got me know where. Still no communication, and I have to do all the running. The teams I speak to are polite enough, but that’s not getting my car fixed and sorted. Be two weeks tomorrow and nothing arranged.
