Today is the last session of the current cohort at the @RDE_Ensure clinic. Most of the patients attending were inpatients during the Pandemic so we are going to look at pictures of the ICU and discuss lines and attachments that were used.

Today at clinic we discussed the impact of the ICU environment and the equipment and attachments that are used. We also had a valuable session from Devon Carers and Occupational therapy.

It's week number one of the Ensure Clinic today. We look forward to welcoming patients and their carers to discuss the challenges following critical illness.

Week 3 of the ensure clinic has welcomed presentations from Devon carers, dietetics and physiotherapy. Patients have been able to share their experiences and recovery.

Today we welcomed the clinic psychologist in which we explored some of the emotional challenges facing patients and their families post a period of critical illness.

Today we restarted the @RDE_Ensure clinic. We discussed PICS, the importance of relatives and carers being involved in the recovery process both for the patient and themselves. Next week we will be having a Psychology session.

Today is the last session of the current course of the @RDE_Ensure clinic. Today we have 1:1's available with Psychology and Pharmacy as well as a presentation looking at lines and attachments that are frequently uses on ICU.

Week 4 has been a busy afternoon with group sessions from Devon carers, physiotherapy and dietetics. Patients and relatives have been able to share their experiences and useful strategies that have been helpful to them in their ongoing recovery.

Today we held our group Psychology session in which an array of issues were discussed. The support from one another and the team helped to make sense of these experiences.

Today is our final week of this cohort. We look forward to a busy afternoon of Psychology 1:1's, a group physiotherapy session and a virtual tour of ICU in which we look at lines lines and attachments and ICU bedspaces.

Today is week 3 of the @RDE_Ensure ICU follow up clinic. Today we welcome Dietitians, Occupational Therapy @RDE_PTandOT and Devon Carers. It is also 1:1 Psychology appointments. We also welcome our newly appointed Clinic Administrator Wendy.
