#OUB329 Wk12 Reflections - this week introduced concepts of positive, negative and zero sum outcomes/games in terms of leadership decisions. I found the application to collaborative leadership, and the challenges to achieve a positive outcome to be particularly insightful

#OUB329 wk11 reflections: this week offered valuable insight into the inevitable by-product of leadership, conflict. Personally, as someone who has always actively avoided conflict in the workplace (for an easy life) this week offered interesting and useful strategies to deploy.

The quiz was also a good refresher of topics taught so far.

... Goman (2011) theory on assisting collaboration helped me to develop my understanding of principles that can be adopted, such as creating a common vision, building trust & developing relationships (2/2)

Reflections for Wk.5 - this week has added a great deal of structure and given me all the tools I need to tackle TMA01 - conducting an interview with a family member on precarity and leadership was a new and somewhat strange experience ... (1/2)

... furthermore, I found the research conducted by GLOBE to be interesting in helping me to understand how culture effects leadership, and how societal/cultural norms differ in the context of national cultures as well as regional clusters... (2/2).
