#OUB329 Wk12 Reflections - this week introduced concepts of positive, negative and zero sum outcomes/games in terms of leadership decisions. I found the application to collaborative leadership, and the challenges to achieve a positive outcome to be particularly insightful
#OUB329 wk11 reflections: this week offered valuable insight into the inevitable by-product of leadership, conflict. Personally, as someone who has always actively avoided conflict in the workplace (for an easy life) this week offered interesting and useful strategies to deploy.
#OUB329 - wk10 relfections: an interesting week which offered insight into follower-centred leadership, as well as offering insights into leading in a networked society.
The quiz was also a good refresher of topics taught so far.

#OUB329 Wk6 reflections - TMA01 uploaded 😁 I found this TMA very different to what I’m used to but refreshing, it was nice to have the creative freedom to write about something you are passionate about as opposed to an arbitrary case study.
