@mcuban In order to do this, you need a competitive market. I won’t speak for all medical fields, but the ER landscape makes it impossible to have a physician owned group where you aren’t told by an equity owned staffing company what you can and cannot do.
@mcuban Clear as day itemized bills so there’s no confusion. No more separate billing because the ER staffing company “bills separately” than the hospital. Incentivize better care, and not patients/hour seen.
@FortuneOptions And to clarify, I’m not saying you’re calling a bottom on this pullback of this coin. Just highest confidence in up over the next 3-4 months.
@robpizzola Easy to get people 8 times a year to drive from Scottsdale to Glendale for a home football game. Good luck getting them to drive an hour during rush hour traffic to Glendale twice a week during a home stretch for Yotes games.
@robpizzola I live in AZ and im unfortunately a Coyotes fan. This was doomed to fail the moment they moved the original stadium from Phoenix to Glendale. Build a new stadium off the 101 freeway in Scottsdale and this shit would be sold out every night
@robpizzola ER doc here. The curled up arms after that hit is decorticate posturing, it’s a brain reflex. Extremely concerning for second impact syndrome after an initial concussion and repeat head trauma. Not good. That’s why you don’t let concussed people play
@AndyMSFW That’s going to be at the very least, a severe sprain and out 4-6wks. Maybe 25ish% chance he completely tore ligament and would need surgery.
