One of the principles of creating content is that you should create according to your principles so that you attract people with similar principles and simultaneously repel anyone else.

A more commercial approach would be to attract your desired audience and repel the rest.

Tucker obviously has realized there's a lot of money to be made with a retarded audience (which is quite large, indeed), so he brings up these kind of arguments just to feed that goal.

It's a shame because Tucker is a great communicator. He wouldn't be there if he wasn't, but uncle Ben said, with great power comes great responsibility. Tucker just decided to put morals aside and his abilities for pure spectacle and personal gain.

He's free to do so, but as anyone making similar decisions, regret will be unavoidable, in this life or the next.
