#GOP megadonor and ULINE CEO Richard Uihlein injected his Restoration PAC w/ another $7.1 mil between July & September to help elect right-wing Republicans
...donated $6.5 mil to anti-abortion groups & right-wing, state-based campaigns. via @EXPOSEDbyCMD
If you can please drop Uline from your business or ask your company/boss to stop purchasing from them. Why should we bankroll their political right wing agenda? @REFUSEULINE has great info and resources.
Billionaires represent 0.000002% of the American population, but they're responsible for 7.4% of all political donations so far this cycle.
These contributions aren't just drowning out voters' voices—billionaires are betting they're going to make great returns on investment.
Just look at the Uihlein family and Diane Hendricks.
These billionaires spent $20 million to get Ron Johnson reelected in 2016.
Their influence was rewarded with a special tax break secured by Johnson that saved them $80 million in taxes in 2018 alone.

We recently reported on how the Uihlein family – currently the single largest donors to the GOP – have funded far-right causes for generations, going back to at least the “America First” of the 1940s.
But, it turns out, the story doesn’t end there.

The founders of ULINE have used their wealth to funnel millions of dollars into the most extreme right-wing politicians and movements in the United States. Burn it down.
And Dick Uihlein named his foundation after his father. Today, the Ed Uihlein Family Foundation funds a range of groups that push questionable election fraud claims, attack “transgender ideology.” From @SollenbergerRC: https://t.co/GOVo1bsF9R
Ed Uihlein also sponsored a 1962 Chicago speech by Edwin Walker, a former general turned segregationist rabble rouser.
Here’s Walker in late 1961 talking up the “Southern triumph” over Reconstruction and “the tyranny within our own white race," via @eh_miller's book:
Flush with profits, the Uihleins have poured money into right-wing politics, $120M this cycle alone on state and federal races.
They’re the biggest donors to Doug Mastriano in PA and have also given to election-denying Nevada Sec. of State candidate Jim Marchant.
NEW from us:
The fortune behind the single biggest right-wing donor this election comes from a strange source: the cardboard boxes and paper bags strewn about your home.

These billionaires are looking for a return on their investment.
Uihlein got a 1-year $43.5 million tax cut from one loophole in the CFG-backed Trump tax scam. It keeps giving every year.
If CFG succeeded in repealing the ACA, Yass could have cut his taxes by $49 million/year.
