Good morning builders ☀️
Let's test your automation problem-solving skills..
A client wants an inventory update workflow..
How it currently works:
+ Inventory is stored in Google Sheets
+ There's a new sheet every month (e.g. Jan 2026, Feb 2026, Mar 2026…)
+ An n8n schedule trigger runs every day at 5am
+ The workflow reads from one specific sheet (manually selected)
Looks good right.. but here's the problem
Every new month, someone must log into n8n and manually change the sheet name..
From Jan 2026 → Feb 2026 → Mar 2026.
That means:
❌ The automation is not truly automated
❌ Human dependency = easy to forget
❌ If no one updates it, the workflow pulls wrong or outdated data
❌ Doesn't scale (imagine 12 months… or 5 years 😬)
The goal: Build a workflow that:
+ Always pulls inventory from the correct monthly sheet..
+ Requires zero manual intervention
Question for you..
As an AI Automation Specialist, how would you solve this?
What logic or approach would you use?
Drop your solution in the comments..

Hey guys.
Day 5 of the “LinkedIn job in 30 days” challenge.
We’ll create a calendar for 10 high impact posts on our LinkedIn profiles about results we created for our kind of target clients or unique ideas on how our target clients can achieve their dream outcomes.
Stay tuned
Here's what my Featured section looks like 👇
Which brings us to Day 5...
2moro, we will plan 5-10 posts that we will publish on our profile so that potential visitors see the kind of results they want and content they can relate to.
Kindly like and retweet the first page 🙏
To lock in over the next quarter, I set a goal to do these every day:
1. Send 20 job applications
2. Create 1 post on LinkedIn
3. Drop 5 comments on LinkedIn sharing insights
These job applications span LinkedIn and other job boards.
I got this reply yesterday. Here's how👇
Day 4 of the 'LinkedIn job in 30 days' challenge ;)
We'll be building our 'Featured' section on our LinkedIn profiles.
If you're familiar with Upwork, the Featured section is similar to your Portfolio section...
[I'll be changing mine too to reflect my new skill.]
🔥🔥🔥 Day 1 of the “30 days to land an Upwork job” challenge.
PART 1
Today, you’ll optimize your profile for client job keywords.
So when a client searches for freelancers to invite, your profile appears high in the results.
Let’s go 👇🏾
I only started on Upwork 2 years back and it took me 55 cover letters to land my first gig. The problem was my profile.
It is tougher for new freelancers now but if you have advanced skills, here is how you can optimize your profile.
Built in n8n — it:
🔁 Clones viral TikToks
✍️ Rewrites w/ GPT-4o

For 4 years, I have been helping businesses grow through words — writing emails, ads, and sales pages that made people click, buy, and trust..
Then some months ago, I stumbled on an post..
Something about automation, systems, and the future of marketing and business operations..
I got curious… then I got obsessed..
That curiosity turned into hours of experimenting, building, breaking, and fixing..
Until I wasn’t just writing for businesses...
I was helping them run smoother, faster, and more efficiently..
Now I blend two rare skills:
- One, the creativity of a marketer & copywriter
- Two, the precision of a systems builder
I help founders, entrepreneurs, and growing teams:
✅ Automate boring, repetitive workflows
✅ Build backend systems for marketing, supports, onboarding & business operations
✅ Turn chaotic processes into clean, scalable workflows
✅ Free up time to focus on growth
I do these using tools like n8n, Zapier, Make, integrating CRM tools, Webhooks, APIs, and more..
These tools make things easier, and make results repeatable..
I don’t just help you sell..
I help you scale efficiently, without the burnout.
I’m your guy if you need to automate and save time so you can scale..
My name is Elewachi, and I'll build something that makes your life easier, help you scale and spend more time with your family..
Let’s connect..

Let me give you a solid project for your AI Automation portfolio if you don't have one..

Project:
Coaching Business: Intake-to-Onboarding Automation
Business Scenario: A business coach spends 3-4 hours daily on admin work: screening discovery call requests, sending calendar links, collecting intake forms, creating client folders, setting up recurring tasks. She's turning away clients because she's drowning in busywork.
Problem: Every new lead requires 8+ manual steps across multiple platforms. Information lives in her head, not her systems. She loses potential clients who don't hear back within 24 hours.
Solution: Automated qualification funnel starting with Typeform. Based on answers, leads are scored and routed differently: qualified leads get immediate Calendly link + welcome sequence, unqualified get resource packet, high-potential gets email notification to coach for personal outreach.
Once booked, auto-creates Google Drive folder structure, sends intake form, adds to CRM with tags, schedules follow-up tasks in ClickUp.
Key Tools: Typeform webhook, Calendly or Cal dot com, Google Drive API, Sheets/Airtable CRM, ClickUp, Gmail, AI for lead scoring..

[copy the whole project above and paste here]
Give me:
- A realistic company background, data and scenario
- The complete workflow architecture
- A phase-by-phase build plan I can execute over 3-5 days
Treat this like a real client project with real constraints.

This project is a real one.. and will teach you a lot about business..
I'll also build this..
