In her talk, Vanessa proposes an approach to conceptualize the #emulation of #IoT contexts. As #softeng and #Reqeng are moving more and more towards #collaborative systems, we need platforms to simulate and validate #runtimebehavior at #devtime.

Every paper here at #RESACS2018 is special in their own way. We’re welcoming Vanessa Ayala with her talk “A Requirements-based Approach for the Evaluation of Emulated #IoT Systems” - a guest paper we were happy to receive from the #RIOT18 workshop at #RE18

Next one up, Ahmed Saeed et al. Will talk about “#NonFunctionalRequirements Trade-Off in #SelfAdaptiveSystems”. Ahmed joins us remotely here at #RESACS2018 #RE18. They say that if the states in the context change, the system must adapt. Their approach uses #goalmodels and #MEBN.
