@manasilvora I would say that The Stakeholder Problem (should everyone have equal votes on governance (as in a democracy), OR, should founders and leaders get greater votes (as in a company), is creating apathy amongst creators who are in it for the play, and not the win.

You can create whatever hierarchy you want, the key is transparency and member governance of hierarchy.

What if we called these “TAOs”: transparent autonomous organizations.
