I’m blown away by what the team at @17services has designed for our @redfeathergc members.

From writing the first check in June 2020, to opening in October 2023, to remodeling the temp clubhouse in early 2024 — it’s been an incredible ride.

2025 has been a year of transformation:
✔️ On-course enhancements
✔️ Streets and lot development completed
✔️ Home construction begins soon
✔️ Clubhouse plans in final stages

And the second half of the year?
➡️ Driving range pumphouse and grassing
➡️ 4.5-acre short game area comes to life
➡️ Cart path expansion
➡️ In play native areas converted to lush fescue

We're a club that will invest more on cool golf technology than chandeliers. Invest more in killer sound systems than expensive rugs. Serve great meals on steel trays and butcher paper instead of fine china. We value the experience more than the pretention. Our members have bought in to the laid back luxury, and it's great.

It's been a blast working with @17services designing the site plan, facilities, and spaces that will be the canvas for so many memories to come! Complete and updated renderings and VR tours coming soon... But here's a few still shots🍻🙏🏼🐓
