@NissanCVTFail @Nissan Please help, @NissanUK . My Dad’s even been issued a claim number but no Nissan dealerships will see them.

Help @NissanUK . My senior parents just had the transmission fail on their automatic Qashqai. Nissan won’t help til they get a Nissan dealership to give a 2nd opinion. Their local dealerships claim no appts for 4-6 wks! Quoted £6000+ for a repair, only 30,000 miles on clock!

What’s going on? I now see this is a known prob, with class action in US. My parents really need some better customer support, they are car-less and have hospital appts. Please help. Is anyone else having a run-around trying to get help with @NissanCVTFail @Nissan
