Just learned about a cool project in Switzerland! They're building a huge 1.2GW/2.1GWh battery, right where the CH, DE, and FR grids connect.
And on top (literally) of it they build a 500MW gpu cluster.
What GPUs and who runs it is not yet known. ETA 2028/29. It's called FlexBase
