Raj Shah is the President of the Rockefeller Foundation and served as the Administrator of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) from 2010 to 2015. As Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton supported President Obama’s 2009 nomination of Raj Shah to lead USAID, aligning with his focus on global health, poverty reduction, and Haiti’s recovery. Her endorsement was pivotal to his appointment.

If it was before Power’s time, that points squarely to her predecessor: Raj. So far, Congress has not compelled Raj to testify. The question remains—why not?

Yes it was. It is concerning that senior figures involved in the U.S. response were focusing on the “next pandemic” architecture, advanced surveillance/data systems, and mRNA-scale tech while the current one was killing thousands daily around this time in 2021.

Furthermore, Rick Bright is one of the few responsible for the hydroxychloroquine stockpiling saga alongside of Fauci. Major conflict of interest.
