I suspected Tony Ornato and allies within the Secret Service slipped a Mickey to POTUS prior to the debate. It appears I’m not alone is suspecting his role in orchestrating a staged shooting reminiscent of Tim Robbins’ movie about Pennsylvania Senate candidate, Bob Roberts.

@hookskat I tend to make anti-inflammation guide my choices. But nothing formal. I credit it with less joint pain, better digestion, and maybe less fatigue. Simple choices. Add mushrooms, less simple carbs. More ginger and garlic when I think to season. I seldom do.
