博士課程学生は名目上学生で実際に教育を受けているけど、やっていることは八割九割は労働で分野によっては並の社会人より重労働になる。そしてプロの仕事(論文の投稿)をしなければ学位は得られない。
日本の博士課程は海外と比較して〜とかじゃなくて労働対して賃金払わないのは単純に人権侵害だよ。
