.@JetBlue what’s going on with 30 minutes to get a stroller off the plane!? Ridiculous. As a mosaic for 10+ years, this is seriously making me think about having to change my airlines now that we have kids. Tack that on top of 2 hour delay because of crew shortage. Not happy.
@AmericanAir first class tickets too... How are some of your agents incredibly unhelpful and others couldn’t be nicer? She shrugged when we eventually got on the flight too...
@AmericanAir land in MIA, supposed to be on flight 1054 to Boston. Go to gate of earlier flight and asked gate agent if there were seats. She said “it can’t be done”. No one at customer service. And Paul at DCA counter put us on the earlier Boston flight no problem.
