अब मैं पंद्रह मिनट ध्यान करवाऊंगा। तो पहले वो आपको नाम बता दूं, देखिए इसमें एक मर्यादा है मर्यादा, लक्ष्मण रेखा है। वो हिरण को मारने गए राम और लक्ष्मण तो लक्ष्मण ने तीर से रेखा खींची थी, तो रावण ने पाटे पर पैर रख कर उसको तोड़ा, बाहर ले लिया, बाहर लेते ही अपहरण हो गया। इसमें भी एक लक्ष्मण रेखा है भाई कि गुरु जो मंत्र बताता है, वो बोलकर या इशारे से उसको नहीं बताओगे जो साथ दीक्षा नहीं ली है, अनपढ़ आदमी है तो बता दो कोई बात नहीं, समझे नहीं समझे। मलाड ईस्ट में, मैं प्रोग्राम कर रहा था, 99(1999) में, तो एक पंडित जी आ गए बुढ़े, तो फिर वो चेतन तो हो गए, फिर बेटे बहुओं को, पोतियों को लाने की कोशिश की, वो आवें नहीं, अब बॉम्बे में तो रुपया ही राम है वहां, वो माया की नगरी है, समझे। एक दिन मेरे को कहने लगे गुरु जी, मेरी तो आदत है मैं तो जोर जोर से बोल के जपता हूं, शुरू से ही, तो कोई सुन लेगा तो मेरा तो दोष नहीं होगा ना, मैंने कहा महारज, यह व्यावहारिक जगत में तो आपने चला ली चालाकी, इस लाइन में नहीं चलेगी। तो इस तरह से बताना नहीं, इरादतन नहीं बताना, समझे।

People often ask, "How long will it take?" To answer that, I usually give the example of King Janaka and Ashtavakra.
King Janaka once developed an intense longing to attain Self-knowledge. He invited many Gurus, but none could impart it to him. Then Ashtavakra Ji happened to arrive. Seeing him, the Gurus laughed, for the poor man was deformed in eight places.
Janaka said, "Maharaj, please teach me. These Gurus have not been able to explain it."
Ashtavakra replied, "They are merely dealers in appearances, O King."
Janaka then said, "Very well, then please teach me."
Ashtavakra said, "First let me tell you this: because you are a king, because you are Janaka, you cannot attain this knowledge. It is attained only through humility. Therefore, give up your ego. Set aside your identity as a king, fold your hands in prayer, and the transformation will take place immediately."
The Ashtavakra Gita describes that King Janaka placed one foot in the stirrup of his horse, but before he could place the other foot in the second stirrup, he attained realization. He remained standing in that very position for three days.
The point of this example is that it will not take long. The decision will be made this very moment.

Now I shall lead you in fifteen minutes of meditation. But first, I must tell you the Divine Name. There is one important discipline in this path—a Lakshmana Rekha (sacred boundary).
When Rama and Lakshmana went in pursuit of the golden deer, Lakshmana drew a protective line with his arrow. Ravana placed his foot on a wooden plank, crossed that protective boundary, led Sita outside, and the moment she stepped beyond it, she was abducted. In the same way, there is also a Lakshmana Rekha in this path, my brothers. The Guru-mantra imparted by the Guru must not be disclosed—either by speaking it aloud or by indicating it through hints or gestures—to anyone who has not received initiation. If the person is illiterate, however, you may tell them the mantra; there is no objection to that. Do you understand it?
In 1999, I was conducting a programme in Malad East. An elderly Pandit came there and received initiation. After he became spiritually awakened, he tried to bring his sons, daughters-in-law, and granddaughters, but they would not come After all, in Mumbai, money is regarded as everything; it is a city ruled by Maya (worldly illusion). Do you understand it or not?
One day he said to me, "Guruji, I have always had the habit of repeating the mantra aloud. If someone happens to hear it, surely that would not be my fault?"
I replied, "Maharaj, such cleverness may work in the practical world, but it does not work on the spiritual path."
Therefore, do not disclose the mantra intentionally. Do you understand it or not?

At present, I feel deeply troubled, for almost eleven months since last year, I cured AIDS, yet no one seems ready to listen. There appears to be no other way now, and my disciples too do not have enough power to influence events. Today, different religious leaders and organizations ask people to vote according to their own groups and interests. I do not belong to any political party; my path is the path of Ram-neeti — the way of righteousness and truth. Therefore, I will support those who walk on the path of Ram-neeti, in this election. This may be slightly off the main topic, but to spread this knowledge and science to the national and global level, I will certainly give some guidance to my 1.5–1.6 million disciples. I will encourage them to support and vote for a person — regardless of which party they belong to — who is capable of working for the nation, for righteousness, and for the welfare of the poor, farmers, and laborers. My disciples in every region already know the true character of the people around them. I will do this work myself. In at least six Lok Sabha constituencies, I have around 1.5 million disciples — first Jodhpur, second Barmer, third Kota, then Ganganagar, Bikaner, and Nagaur. I have not gone beyond these areas. There are lakhs of my followers here. I will ask them and take their opinion about who is the right and good person. Whether that person wins or loses does not matter to me. Whichever party forms the government is not my concern. My only concern is that the person should at least be honest. Look, let me tell you, I have studied this a lot. Around 80% of people are not bound to any political party; they simply focus on their work and vote for whoever they feel is right. Only about 20% actively try to influence votes. Did you understand or not. So I will ask my disciples which person among them is truly good. They may say, “Yes, this person is good, but he may not win.” Even if he does not win, I will tell them to vote for that person. At least it will create pressure on the Central Government and State Government (Rajasthan Government), Right now, I am paying the fine under his rule, sitting in his own hometown, and I don’t know whether Ashok Gehlot is even aware of what is happening.

I have filed a Public Interest Litigation before Chief Justice Khare, the Supreme Court of India. I explained the entire philosophy in detail and shared copies with print and electronic media across the West, stating that a philosophical change is taking place. If the AIDS of one Badri can be cured through a photograph, then it can be cured for all people in the world. If transformation has occurred in one human body, it can occur in everyone. But this needs to be highlighted. The government is not doing it. I said the government has become corrupt and is not taking action. Now the question is — what does the judicial power say? The decision has not yet come. I submitted the PIL on 25 August. If they still do not hear it, I am collecting signatures from my disciples and will submit a memorandum to the President. In that memorandum, we will state that in Suryanagari (Jodhpur), AIDS has started disappearing. The government should verify the truth — either prove that I am wrong, or order an investigation if people have actually recovered. We have to submit it on 1st December, so please support by giving your signatures, brother — do you understand or not? Please definitely sign. I will take copies of the memorandum along with more than one lakh (100,000) signatures and deliver them to Rashtrapati Bhavan. 1st December is World AIDS Day. Now 1st December has arrived, and during this time many AIDS cases cured, but no one paid attention. Local MP even said that if I do not help secure votes, he will not build roads. I said that I do not need anything. I am a person who lives simply, I was born in a hut, and I do not want anything — keep it to yourself. This shows what kind of people are sitting in positions of power in the country.

Look, regarding the purpose for which you all have come here, I would like to give a brief philosophical explanation. Our country is a spiritually oriented nation, where everyone worships their chosen deity in their own way. However, often we simply assume that our prayers have worked, even though we do not receive any direct response or experience. Hindu Dharma is not limited to rituals alone. This is Kaliyuga — an age of darkness. Just as people take light from the moon and stars during the night, but when the sun rises, the moon and stars still exist yet lose their importance. So today their influence is prominent — the star associated with Christianity and the moon associated with Islam. However, these are prophet-based religions, where knowledge is mainly based on what the prophets have taught. In our tradition, divine incarnations took place, such as Bhagwan Ram and Bhagwan Krishna. This is the land of Bhagwan Krishna’s divine actions, and that is why I am receiving a strong response here. This is my third visit among you.

तो मेरे सभी शिष्य, लाखों शिष्य हैं, पता नहीं 15-16 लाख से भी ज्यादा बढ़ जाए, मैं तो Ninety three से ये काम कर रहा हूं, इसी जगह पे, इसी जगह बड़े बड़े लोग इकट्ठे होते हैं, दस, दस हजार, हो सकता है, 10 - 15 लाख से भी ज्यादा चले गए हों, दस साल से ज्यादा हो गए और सब में ये परिवर्तन आ रहा है, सब जाति के, सब धर्म के लोगों में आ रहा है, क्योंकि ये मानव मात्र में होने वाली क्रिया है। ये ईसाई के भी होगी, ये मुसलमानों के होगी, बौद्ध के भी होगी, जैन के भी होगी, हिन्दू के भी होगी, सब के होगी, क्योंकि जिस शरीर, शरीर सबका एक ही तत्त्व से बना है, आत्मा उसमें, सबमें एक है। इसलिए ये एक संकीर्ण दायरा नहीं है, हमारे धर्म का, हिन्दू धर्म का, जिसे आज आपने बांध रखा है, बहुत संकीर्ण दायरे में, वो गलत है, गलत है, उसके कारण से हमारा पतन हुआ है, 90 % मुसलमान converted, 90% से ज्यादा ईसाई converted, क्यों हुए, इसके कारणों को हम लोगों को पूर्वाग्रह छोड़ करके स्वीकार करना पड़ेगा, क्यूं।

तो यह बड़ी अजीब बात है कि यह, मतलब यह, महर्षि अरविन्द ने कहा है कि देश उठ रहा है, एक उत्तरपाड़ा स्पीच की एक किताब है, उत्तरपाड़ा स्पीच, वो 5-7, 10 रुपए की मिलती है, गीता प्रैस वालों की, उसको आप पढ़ोगे, बड़ा आश्चर्य होगा, अरविन्द ने कहा है मैं इस देश को उठा रहा हूं, मेरी बानी को विश्व तक पहुंचाने के लिए, तो यह एक बहुत अजीब बात है, यह देश उठ रहा है और इस सूर्यनगरी से उठ रहा है, समझे नहीं समझे। अब जब तक वो नहीं बुलाएंगे, वाया नई दिल्ली, मैं यहीं प्रोग्राम करुंगा, हां, मतलब, अब कोटा वाले की मांग भी बहुत है, जयपुर वाली बहुत है, बैंगलोर की बहुत है, तो जब तक यहां हूं, वहां, हो सकता है, 24 नवम्बर तक यहां रहूं, समझे। ध्यान की स्थिति में, देखिए अभी, चंद्रलोक में पहुंचा न रॉकेट आपका, इसी तरह से जब आप नाम जप करोगे, तो आपके तीन बंध लगेंगे, योग में पांच प्रकार के वायु होते हैं प्राण, अपान, समान, उदान और व्यान। प्राण वायु जैसे स्वामी रामदेव करवाता है exercise, शारीरिक कसरत करवाता है, वो योग नहीं करवाता। यह भारतीय योगदर्शन में योग का मतलब है मोक्ष, salvation और मैं जहां तक समझता हूं, मंत्र दीक्षा कोई नहीं देते, केवल शारीरिक कसरत करवाते हैं, समझे और आप आश्चर्य करोगे, उनके गुरु नहीं है, वो स्वयंभू गुरु है। तो इस प्रकार जब आप बैठ जाओगे आराम से मतलब कोई शरीर को अकड़ के नहीं बैठना, easy आसन में बैठ जाओ, पहले पहले आपका आसन बदलेगा, फिर बंध लगने शुरु, शूरु, कुण्डलिनी नीचे नीचे तो अपान वायु नीचे जा रहा है, मूलाधार में बंध लग जाएगा और रीढ़ की हड्डी की exercise होगी, ज्योंहि नाभि से ऊपर उठी, दूसरा बंध लग जाएगा, जिसको कहते हैं उड्डीयान बंध, कंठ से ऊपर ज्योंहि उठी, इसको कहते हैं जालंधर बंध। मगर यहां की जब सिद्धि हो जाती है, तो साधक जो है, पांचों तत्त्व, आकाश, वायु, जल, अग्नि, पृथ्वी, directly, ठोस फॉर्म में खाने की जरुरत नहीं, मेरे गुरुदेव ने दस साल तक कुछ नहीं खाया, समझे, उन्हीं के आदेश से मैं यह काम करने निकला हूं। आदिगुरु मछेंदर नाथ जी थे, उन्होंने इस बारे में कहा है, इस योग के बारे में मछेंदर नाथ जी ने कहा है कि यह वेदरुपी कल्पतरु का अमर फल है, जिससे साधक के त्रिविध ताप शांत होते हैं, आदिदैहिक, आदिभौतिक और आदिदैविक आपकी अंग्रेजी भाषा में physical disease, mental disease और spiritual disease। Physical, mental को तो डॉक्टर touch करने की कोशिश, spiritual के मामले में पीछे हट जाता है, स्नायु मंडल को touch करते हुए डरते हैं, समझे। अमेरिका में एक मेरी शिष्या है जूही पागीदार, वो आई हुई है, अभी, वहां कुछ फ्लू था, कुछ पैर में, तो सत्रह तारीख को आएगी वो, वहां वो यह लाइव, लाइव वहां वो रील से कर रही है, समझे। तो इस प्रकार मानसिक रोग खत्म, अब नशों से मुक्ति हो जाती है, नाम का नशा जब चढ़ जाता है तो बाकी दूसरे नशों की जरुरत नहीं है। अच्छा एक उत्थापन सिद्धि और होती है, आदमी का शरीर, मतलब शीर्षासन अपने आप हो जाता है, बिना किसी सहारे के, महर्षि अरविन्द को हो गया था, उसने विचार किया, उत्थापन सिद्धि होती है, वो सीधे खड़े हो गए, मेरे कई, सैकड़ों शिष्य हैं, जो बिल्कुल सीधे खड़े हो जाते हैं, और घंटों तक खड़े रहते हैं, किसी सहारा नहीं होता, बस यूं हाथ रख लिया और कई कई तो पीछे गिरते हैं और यह उससे ऊंचाई से नहीं गिरते,....... सीधे, सीधे हो जाते हैं, यह सब कुण्डलिनी करती है।
अब खेचरी मुद्रा लगती है। गोरखनाथ जी ने कहा है, खेचरी के बारे में कहा है कि " गगन मंडल में ,ऊंधा कुंआ, तहां अमृत का वासा।
सुगुरा होई सो भरि भरि पीबे, निगुरा जाई पियासा।।"
हमारा भारतीय योगदर्शन कहता है, जो पिण्ड में वो ब्रह्मांड में, जो ब्रह्माण्ड में वो पिण्ड में, तब फिर आप और मैं एक ही शरीर में हैं, आप भी हैं, मैं भी हूं, इसमें time and space की कोई जरूरत नहीं है।
अब ध्यान की स्थिति में साधक unlimited past future को देखता सुनता है, बुद्ध ने कई पिछले जन्म के, बातें याद थी उसको, मगर बुद्ध ने साफ कहा था कि 500 साल बाद फिर आऊंगा। एक मैंने किताब पढ़ी थी, वैशाली की नगर वधू, वो जब आई, बुद्ध की शिष्य आनन्द के पास, तो कहा, मैं साध्वी बनना चाहती हूं, तो उसने कहा, आनन्द, यह बात तो ठीक है, मगर आगे अगर इस तरह से औरतें आने लग गई, संस्था में, तो पतन हो जायेगा, और वो ठीक हुआ, फिर दो भागों में बंट गया, हीनयान और महायान, समझे।
आप future को देखोगे, जब ध्यान लग जायेगा ना और जो खोटे खरे कर लिए वो तो याद आयेंगे भाई, मैं आप से छिपा सकता हूं, अपने आप से नहीं छिपा सकता, जब जो साधक जो है,उसने जो जीवन में खराब काम कर लिए, खोटे खरे, वो फिर याद आयेंगे और कहते हैं नरक में जायेगा, नरक में जायेगा।
