PLAYERS: Don't spend time complaining about your "lack of opportunity" but not be ready when your opportunity does come.

[Coach Trout @coach_troutsta]

In sports you have two choices: compete fearless and give yourself the best shot or compete with the fear of failure in the back of your mind and hope for the best.

Either way the keyword there is choice.

[Sports Psychology @SportPsychTips]

As an athlete, you need to take practices equally as serious as games. If you don’t, you’ll be outperformed by the athletes who do.
