Both issues raise serious concerns about transparency and passenger rights. Instead of providing convenience, these practices are creating unnecessary financial burden. Railways must urgently review these policies to restore fairness and trust.

2. Railone/IRCTC Wallet transactions are also misleading. Even after recharging the wallet through UPI, extra charges are imposed as "Non-UPI trans." As per IRCTC guidelines, only wallet transaction charges (₹10 + service fee) should apply, but passengers are being overcharged.

@RailwaySeva @amofficialCRIS Many trains are labeled “Express” but run as “Superfast”. Unaware passengers booking via UTS are fined—despite my 3 complaints, no action yet.

Wallet transactions too feel misleading—extra charges applied even after UPI recharge.

@RailMinIndia I recharged the Railone App wallet through UPI. However, while booking a 3rd AC ticket (South Bihar Express), I was charged under Non-UPI transaction.

As per IRCTC guidelines, wallet payments should only attract Wallet Transaction Charges (₹10 + service charge).

@RailwaySeva @amofficialCRIS The Railone/IRCTC wallet was introduced as a facility for passengers, but if wallet payments (even after UPI recharge) cost more than direct bank payments, the purpose is defeated. Instead of convenience, it creates extra burden. Kindly review this system.

@RailMinIndia I booked a ticket reser. in sleeper class via Railone app and made pay through from R wallet. Fare shows ₹192 durg to bsp but the deducted amount was ₹198. Train no. 12809 base fare is ₹180. Whereas the convenience fee for the app wallet is just ₹10+GST. PNR No. - 8237737000.

Again my brother faced the same problem which i earlier registered. He pays the fine of railways mistakes. My previous complaint no response I get till now. And today I'm fined in Ahemdabad Express 12409. UTS No. -XS95E5501C.

My concern is if the train is superfast, so why railway is add SF in the name of train or add feature in the app to auto select the superfast fare. At the time of train selection.
