I work on an active homestead, can run a mile no problem & play baseball with my boys almost every day. Doc said don’t come back for 2 years, your numbers are great.

@ZubyMusic @Coach_B_Fitness I was considered obese in high school at 171 lbs as a wrestler. I think BMI is a garbage measure for most athletes that carry a decent amount of muscle. At 5’9” and 205 now, I still don’t consider myself as obese even though I am on the BMI scale…
