Andrew Simonson's (Computer Science '25) major project is an event scheduling web service named Slate.
Slate is a Flask app using LDAP to access CSH member calendars which it processes to automatically compile up-to-date participant availability data.

It's still a work in progress and the mouse movement is still erratic, but it's fun to use regardless and with some more fine tuning could make for a unique computer experience.

Dylan’s Major project last year was a glove designed to act as a bluetooth mouse using only hand motion called “Hand of God”. It pairs with a computer like any other bluetooth mouse via the Adafruit Feather in the control box.

The back of the glove has a accelerometer, gyroscope, and a bunch of small levers attached to strings to tell when the fingers are being flexed. Using that movement information, it sends mouse signals to the connected device to move the cursor.
