Shared ownership leases often overlooked by the Enfranchisement professionals as the formal lease extension route is not practically available to them. However many of the earlier schemes are approaching 80 years. This enquiry is an example of the problem and a possible solution.

Just as we are coming to terms with the economic slowdown, the Land Registry have published eye watering average price increases in some London boroughs between February and March. I suspect these will moving in the opposite direction over the next couple of months 😂
