@CoxHelp Im a new customer and your internet keeps going in/out . I’m only getting 40mbps and I have gigablast. My download is speed is reading is 40mbps on wifi . It shouldn’t be that bad, I’m next to the pano modem. What is going on?
Hi @elonmusk, I finally received my model Y 13 days ago after waiting 13 months for delivery. An hour ago everything shutdown and I’ve been on hold with roadside assistance for almost an hour. Pls help
@eripyon233@AVA_airasia One year since AirAsia cancelled my flight and still no refund… So I guess guess they just decided to steal my money, shut down all communication channels, hide behind a useless chatbot. Zero credibility. Appaling customer service. Absolutely disgusting.
@AVA_airasia Stop treating our refunds as jokes. What is this, you would close unrefunded cases, shuffle them to another number, and get us on with another year of waiting? This is plain robbing us of our monies.
@MfLove143@AVA_airasia I AGREE. @AVA_airasia promised me numerous times for my refund. I want to say they have robots replying.. They say “you make go take look :)” but it really is the same story. we have prioritized your claim.they say that every single time! But nothing to show. Shame on them!
I have been requesting to speak to @AVA_airasia management team but they keep giving me the run around. I will NOTbe booking with this company AGAIN. They have been promising my refund since 3/2020. It is November. RIDICULOUS! 🤮
