@NCS feel scammed, paid the £95 up front and 13 days later told that my son hadn’t got a place on the trip with his friends, told to arrange another date but no idea who with. Decided to ask for a refund, had to chase for an acknowledgment. After 14 days still no sign of my money

Don’t be fooled by this scam of a website. https://t.co/pDKHn4KEOy it’s disgraceful IT DOESN’T WORK back and forth with issues and now they said I get a full refund if the product is in pristine condition. However have to pay for postage for their own faulty product

@ArrivaKent Well I use safari on my phone or on my son computer google chrome. So multiple browsers, multiple devices and not just using the wifi so it’s not our connection or broadband so it’s not my end that is the problem
