Actually, that's exactly what Detroit is saying: "Most of the objections raised in the submitted affidavits are grounded in an extraordinary failure to understand how elections function."
@TheLargeGent@pianoman123046@AaronParnas One of the first quotes in the video is "the man cannot tell the truth", but somehow is interpreted as nothing to do with honesty.
@hypnagog66@James_Kabala@WardoftheStates@EdWhelanEPPC Slavery wasn't abolished. An amendment isn't "original intent".
"Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, **except as a punishment for crime** whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction."
The Democrats are, once again, looking to scapegoat poor & working class communities – Black men, Latino men, those who didn't vote at all – for their failure to beat Trump.
The reality is, it is the spinelessness & mediocrity of the Democratic Party that has brought us here.
@BenjaminNorton I agree with your intent, focusing on the numbers this early after an election doesn't prove much. Millions of votes are still left to be counted. This is the same argument the rw is using to "prove" 2020 election fraud because 15 million votes are "missing" (not yet counted)
