@TataMotors_Cars It’s almost been a week since @TataMotors_Cars had contacted. There isn’t any update regarding my complaint. How long is it going to take just to address my problem which the service center had quoted as just an electrical equipment malfunction?

@TataMotors_Cars It’s not about the problem from dealers end, I don’t understand how an instrument cluster of such a premium SUV gets damaged in a blink of an eye. Because of this i am not able to travel anywhere. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

and just like that out of nowhere the instrument cluster got damaged. Huge disappointment from the company as well as the vehicle end.

I went to nearby service station and they said there’s a fault on the electrical equipment and it need to be changed. I asked further more and haven’t got a reasonable answer. It’s been only 2.5 years, bought the car for around 22.5 lacs

My MG tyre got burst on SAT night in the middle of the highway. I called for MG rsa but dey didnt even bother to help or assit, evrytime i called them they say they will call me back shortly & they called nxt mrning for rsa. So much dissapointed by @MGMotorIn @MGSupportIndia
