Disappointed with the service center experience regarding cracks on the sunroof glass of #XEV9E. Cracks appeared with no signs of impact and are visible only from specific angles. The service center claims these are scratches, but the surface feels smooth on both sides.

The Order said open box delivery but the delivery boy rejected the request. The resolution of the error by Flipkart is 15 oct but the sale will be over by then. And even now the price is now higher than the time I ordered.
