So guys if no one is listening to u raise NCH complaint. In my case @makemytrip did fraud.
Raised NCH complaint & MMT generated booking voucher within 2 hrs. Kudos to @nch1915 ! attaching timelines f fraud, payment deducted from @HSBC_IN but no acknowledgement 4m @makemytripcare

Thanks @mahindraesuvs , seems there is an update in our buypack offer. Although late but seems Dealer finally woke up and taking the car back. Kudos ! And thanks for highlighting. Will reach out again next week if issue still there thanks @anandmahindra n team !

Such a scam from @makemytrip , payment deducted of 2 lakh rupees but no booking id and no communication came and credit card charged. @makemytripcare support is too poor and IVR has no option, where to get contacted ? @ConsumrConxion
