A panel of activist judges just tried to stop construction on the new East Wing ballroom and underground military complex.

Their claim? The President somehow needs Congress’s permission to secure and modernize the White House.

Trump’s response was immediate: this ruling is a joke, and it’s heading to SCOTUS.

These judges don’t get to dictate national security upgrades or block a project the President has every right to pursue.

Construction should continue. Period.
