@gtbank_help The New GTWorld app is the most useless thing to hit the Google Play Store. Been trying to make a transfer for over 2 days. Save yourselves the shame and take it off cos it's not serving the purpose it's meant for. #messedup

@gtbank_help The update to GTWorld is simply horrible. While I believe you're trying to make things better, it makes absolutely no sense that a customer cannot set up a banking app two days after an update. Please do better or rollback till all your ducks are in a proper row.
