हाँ भाई 😄 इसमें असली बवाल यही है कि ₹4,99,000 का नया loan दिख रहा है, लेकिन हाथ में ₹2,45,533 ही आएगा।

स्क्रीनशॉट को आसान भाषा में समझो:

💰 पूरा हिसाब

नया Loan Amount: ₹4,99,000

इसमें से:

- पुराने loan का Outstanding: ₹2,29,915 काटेंगे
- Processing Fee 4% + GST: लगभग ₹23,552 काटेंगे
- आपके हाथ में मिलेगा: ₹2,45,533

यानी:

₹4,99,000 − ₹2,29,915 − ₹23,552 = ₹2,45,533 ✅

😳 फिर ₹4.99 लाख क्यों दिखा रहा है?

क्योंकि यह संभवतः नया loan लेकर आपका पुराना loan बंद करने + अतिरिक्त पैसा देने वाला मामला है।

मतलब पुराने ₹2.30 लाख के आसपास के loan को इस नए loan से adjust कर देंगे और बाकी लगभग ₹2.46 लाख आपके खाते में आएंगे।

📅 EMI का भी ध्यान रखना

15 महीने वाला: ₹1,350/day × लगभग 450 दिन = ₹6,07,500

18 महीने वाला: ₹1,168/day × लगभग 540 दिन = ₹6,30,720

यानी ₹4.99 लाख के loan के बदले कुल repayment लगभग ₹6.08–6.31 लाख हो सकता है।

और सबसे जरूरी बात: “Pre-qualified loan up to ₹4,99,000” का मतलब यह नहीं कि ₹4.99 लाख आपको पक्का मिल ही जाएगा। Final approval/KYC और terms के बाद ही loan confirm होगा।

UIDAI से विनम्र लेकिन गंभीर सवाल है—मूल जन्म प्रमाण पत्र के आधार पर बच्चे की Aadhaar Date of Birth अपडेट कराने के बाद Aadhaar को Suspend/Deactivate क्यों किया गया? बच्चे के भविष्य और उसकी शिक्षा पर इसका सीधा असर पड़ सकता है। मैंने UIDAI को ईमेल किए आज 8 दिन हो चुके हैं, लेकिन अभी तक कोई जवाब नहीं मिला। ऐसी संवेदनशील समस्या पर इतनी लापरवाही क्यों? कृपया मामले की तत्काल जांच कर Aadhaar को जल्द सक्रिय किया जाए।
