Catena Homes India pvt Ltd has cheated nearly 300+ tenants in Bengaluru.They have collected a lease deposit of 15-25Lakhs from each individuals..The company has silently disappeared keeping the tenants at stake...it is nearly 60-70crore scam..innocent families have been suffering

300+ tenants cheated by Catena Homes (Vivek Keshwan). Each paid ₹13–30L as lease deposits. Total scam = ₹60–70 CR.

Vivek is missing. No strict action yet. Families stuck without money or homes.

Sunday I have raised complaint on Fridge, as per service person they supposed to visit Today. From Morning I am following up with them (6362159141) and they are saying will visit by EOD. Now stopped answering the call.

Worst Service from @BlueDart_, especially in Electronic City, Bengaluru Branch.
The Delivery boy has not visited the location and simply updating wrong status, this is keep on repeating.
What is Prohibiting him to deliver Package?

I tried twice and same message received with incomplete info. Even visited reliance outlet in E-city, Bangalore, but no use.
