There is a scam American companies are using to manipulate what ingredient gets listed as the first main ingredient on products
Take Smuckers, strawberries is the first ingredient. So you would think strawberries is the main primary ingredient, but that’s not true
American companies are using a food formulation technique known as ‘ingredient splitting’
For Smuckers, they divide the sweeteners up into 3 different ingredients. That way, each of them weigh less
This allows the word strawberries to be listed on the label as the first ingredient, giving the impression that it's mostly strawberries. In reality, it's mostly sugar.
This is a scam. It’s outright manipulation of our system and lying to customers
Ingredients splitting is a real labeling tactic, and it is legal. It’s allowed by the FDA
I included 10 more popular American foods where this same “ingredients slitting” scam tactic is being used at the end of the video
Would you eat a pizza if someone poured lice shampoo on it first?
When Moms Across America sent food from the top 20 fast-food chains to an independent laboratory for testing, what we found was alarming.
Every single chain tested positive for glyphosate. ALL 20.
Across the samples, we detected 27 different pesticides.
🍕 Domino’s pizza crust contained six different pesticide residues, including piperonyl butoxide, a chemical also used in lice treatments.
🍕 Pizza Hut’s veggie pizza contained six pesticide residues.
🍔 Arby’s had the second-highest glyphosate levels in our testing.
In additional testing, we also detected monensin in Domino’s pepperoni, an antibiotic used in livestock feed that is not approved for human medical use.
Millions of Americans eat fast food every day, often without knowing what pesticide residues may be present in their meals.
Parents deserve to know what is in the food they are feeding their children.
Thank you, Kash Khan, for sharing our testing results and helping bring attention to what we are finding in America’s food supply!
Private equity is buying out plumbing companies too?? Don't use anything owned by private equity if you can avoid it. My doctor and dentist, both of whom are excellent, refuse to sell out to PE and charge REASONABLE prices! Fight back and avoid anything PE owned
Called a plumber for what should've been a simple garbage disposal swap.
Quote came back at $540.
I asked how long the job takes.
He said: "maybe 20 minutes, the part's $35."
I said: "so I'm paying over $1,500 an hour in labor?"
He glanced at the door and lowered his voice.
"I make $24 an hour. The PE firm that bought us out two years ago sets a minimum revenue number for every single call."
Pulled out his tablet. Showed me the dashboard.
If he doesn't hit $2,500 a day, it goes in his file.
The guy who started that plumbing company ran it for 25 years charging fair prices and did fine.
Now private equity owns plumbing, HVAC, and electrical companies across entire regions, jacked prices up 300%+, and turned skilled tradesmen into commissioned salesmen with quotas.
You're not paying for the repair anymore.
You're funding a private equity firm's quarterly numbers.
The American health insurance system is a scam
RFK JR says “The whole system is corrupt.” They found
- Hip replacement in Boston costs $17,900 at one hospital, and at a nearby hospital, it costs $74,000 for the exact same surgery
- Researchers have found MRI prices varying as much as 9x within a single city
- One analysis found that 60% of insurer-negotiated hospital rates were higher than the hospital's own cash price
“Think about that. The insurance company, who is supposed to be negotiating for all of its members and beating down the price, has actually negotiated a price that is higher than if you just walked into that hospital off the street and asked for that procedure”
“The whole system was corrupt. It was crooked. And there was no marketplace, and that was deliberate. That was by design. There was no marketplace and those are not signals of a functioning market. Markets cannot discipline prices that they cannot see”
I looked into this exact study, over 2,300 hospitals were looked at and what they found was
- Cash price is better nearly 60% of the time
- Cash discounts averaged about 64% of normal price, this is often cheaper than insurance rates
Insurance is a scam
So many are dying from these meds. This post mentions famous ones but there are so many others this is happening to. We need to get people off these meds but it has to be done slowly
"Deprescribing is the rarest specialty in American medicine and people are dying in the gap".
Presley Gerber had every resource in the world. Loving famous parents, access to the best doctors money can buy, lots of people genuinely trying to help him. And a year before he died, he told us all exactly what was wrong, on Instagram:
He'd been through 15 different psychiatrists. All any of them offered was different drugs. Nothing was working. And he was searching for one thing he couldn't find: someone to taper him off.
Shortly after that, another reel: two different benzodiazepines, buprenorphine, and more. A cocktail. And a year later he's dead at a rehab, with the same combination that keeps appearing in these stories: benzodiazepines plus opiates.
I sat down with Dr. Drew to talk about it, because the pattern has become impossible to ignore. Hayden Panettiere's toxicology is now out, per reporting: benzodiazepines, antipsychotics, fentanyl. Matthew Perry. Heath Ledger. Different decades, different famous faces, same cocktail. All the access in the world, and what it bought them was more prescribers, more prescriptions, and no exit.
That's the detail that should haunt everyone: the thing Presley couldn't find in all of Hollywood wasn't another medication. It was a doctor willing to help him come off. Deprescribing is the rarest specialty in American medicine, and people are dying in the gap.
Hollywood organizes around so many causes. The cocktail of sedatives and opiates is killing their friends and their children year after year, and it should be their number one issue. The silence tells you how completely the "this is just modern medicine" story has won.
Full conversation at the link in bio.
If you or someone you love is struggling, SAMHSA's free helpline is 1-800-662-4357. If someone you know takes both a benzodiazepine and an opioid, talk to their doctor now, and ask about naloxone.
If you're looking to safely taper off a psychiatric medication, comment TAPER and I'll send you my free tapering guide. It's the exact protocol we use with our patients at TaperClinic.
Never stop these medications abruptly. Any taper should be gradual and medically supervised.
ONE OF THE MOST HEARTBREAKING VIDEOS OF OCTOBER 7
A 5-year-old Israeli girl, trapped under heavy fire while caring for her baby sister, sees armed men approaching.
She thinks they are Hamas terrorists coming to kill them.
Terrified, trembling, she pleads:
“Please, no.”
“Are you Israelis?”
“Take us.”
“I am here with a baby.”
Only then does she realize they are Israelis who have come to rescue them.
A heroic little girl — just 5 years old — protecting a baby in the middle of unimaginable terror.
Some images from that day can never be erased.
10/7 — NEVER FORGET. NEVER FORGIVE. 🇮🇱
Very sad but good to watch. Israeli soldiers breaking down when going through a home of a family that was murdered. As standard with the Jews, they come together in prayer for the deceased. The soldier has a hard time getting through the prayers and says them through his tears
A moment that captures how we all felt on October 7.
After clearing Kfar Aza of Hamas terrorists, a team of Israeli commandos entered a family’s home and found fresh challah rolls laid out on the table, waiting for Shabbat morning.
One of the soldiers broke down in tears, realizing the family would never gather at the table, join together, and eat them.
Three years of unimaginable loss and pain, but never forget how this war began.

Omg this is the bread we're eating in the u.s. Contains mostly chemicals including those that are banned in Europe and Canada. How is this allowed to be sold here? And we're eating this crap?

A major Health Insurance company is paying pediatricians a $2,500 kickback on vaccinating children under two and a half years old
“I just discovered the most shocking kickback that it blew my mind — It's gonna blow your mind
There's a company — there is a very popular insurance company for medical insurance that incentivizes pediatricians $2,500 bonus for every kid who falls behind in vaccines and they get them caught up by the time they're two and a half
I mean, that's tens of thousands, if not hundreds of thousands of dollars of extra income for a pediatrician”
They don’t name the company but I researched and found out who it is. It’s Health Net
Health Net of California offers providers a $2,500 incentive for each eligible Ambetter HMO and PPO Marketplace member (little kid) when the provider closes the Childhood Immunization Status. The 2026 version of the program runs through June 30, 2027, and is aimed at pediatricians and family physicians
It’s all about profit
Former ‘RN’ Nurse in America warns about the American healthcare system
“After being an RN, I will no longer go to the doctor for preventative care — I truly believe the system that we are in right now is sick care and not healthcare, and they don't want to heal you because then that is a customer lost. They want to keep you masking your issues with medications because you are a paid subscriber every month.
— They don't ever get to the root cause of a medical issue to heal you. They just keep you at this state of okay… — There was a time that I really pushed vaccines and medications and all of this, but now after taking my journey and healing and realizing that we have the control to heal ourselves, that we don't need this — If the medical system didn't get paid until you were healed, this sh*t would look different”
Just this year RFK Jr said the exact same thing during a house hearing, that we have to switch our healthcare system incentives to financially benefit a cure vs a treatment. Incentives drive actions, if we stop incentivizing the treatment and start incentivizing the cure only then will we have change
If it was investigated it would have been obvious it was for profit. Instead they padded Big Pharmas pockets & caused lifelong medical problems. Doctors, schools, many people were incentivized to push the vaccines. What can be done now?

American nurse who worked during Covid 19 realizes everything they were told to do in the hospital was about profit, not patient care
“I'm sick to my stomach after watching the Senate hearing on the COVID hospital protocols, and it wasn't because of the virus. It's because I finally clearly see what was going on during that time. It was handed to us from the top down. Every hospital got the same treatment guidelines, guidelines that said in writing, not a mandate, but every hospital followed this like it was the law. And that's because every hospital got the same payment rules.
Extra money for the approved drug, extra money for COVID admission, nothing extra for the alternative choices that people wanted to try. Every hospital got the same green light to lock families out. Every hospital got the same mandate for its staff, and every hospital got the same legal shield effective until 2029. This was the playbook, and if you didn't follow it, you were out”
“Here's what makes me sick. This mandate didn't just push out workers, It pushed out people who ask questions, the ones who will put the patients before the institutions. That's not a healthcare system, that's a machine who completely removed its own consciousness. Never again”
It’s all about profit and all the “conspiracy theorists” were screaming this from every rooftop for anyone who would listen and nobody would listen… now it’s all being proven true
For this that don’t know, there is a very clear example of how hospitals were robbing taxpayer blind
There was a 20% Medicare add-on for an inpatient COVID diagnosis. There have been so many nurses have come forward and said they were told to just classify everyone with Covid so the hospitals and clinics got the extra money
They made even more if a patient went on a ventilator
CMS estimates put an average Medicare COVID hospitalization around $24,000, with ventilated cases nearer $40,000, and those figures already include the 20% bump
They also got more money for using the “approved drugs”
It was all about the money
