@TUIUK Package holiday with you guys. We have additional complaints regarding the hotel, food etc. This is also currently being ignored. Our plane was swapped with another flight to Turkey. The words from the Tui rep were."its cheaper in compensation for us to ground your flight"

YOU!!!!! TUI again never offered us drinks or food vouchers when delayed. When delayed by more than 5 hours YOU!!!! Should have offered us a full refund if we wanted. Again not offered. Poor all round!!!!!!
