The “it never happened” crowd just ran out of excuses.

The 4th Circuit Court of Appeals upheld the lower court’s ruling that former President Barack Obama and his family must return the $29.9 million they made from royalties associated with Obamacare — plus interest.

This has been kicking around in the courts for nearly two years. Liberal “fact-checkers” even denied it happened at all.

But it did happen. In direct violation of the Emoluments Clause, the Obamas received taxpayer money for the use of their name.

Now they have to pay it back.

Chicago Sky principal owner Michael Alter compares Enes Kanter Freedom's ejection to the extreme example of someone shooting a gun when pressed on why the former NBA player wasn't warned before being thrown out and later banned from Wintrust Arena.

"When you shoot a gun at someone, you don't get a warning, 'Don't do that again.' It, it's, you know, your action doesn't deserve a warning."

Alter says Freedom became a "potential threat" when he stepped toward the court during a heated exchange with Sky guard Natasha Cloud. Freedom maintains he never stepped onto the court and argues he should have received a warning.

Alter acknowledges he doesn't know whether Freedom actually stepped onto the court, but says security acted immediately when he moved in that direction.

1. Identify the policy, rule, directive, or instruction relied upon in treating certain spectators,
including me, differently when we express a viewpoint that appears unpopular with the
WNBA

2. Identify whether the decision to eject me was made or requested by WNBA personnel, Chicago Sky personnel, Wintrust Arena personnel, security personnel, or another individual or entity

3. Confirm whether Ms. Cloud’s conduct has been or will be reviewed under any League
policy governing player interactions with fans, including rules governing altercations that require player suspension, and state what accountability, if any, she, her team, and management will face
