@Timcast @harveyspistols I was diagnosed with alpha-gal. Was off of red meat for 2 years. Was told it would eventually go away after abstaining from all mammal meat. But my numbers in the blood work never went down. So I finally gave in and had a steak. No problems. Never looked back.
