So this happened on New Year’s eve, we were travelling to Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam and booked an apartment through MMT but after reaching to the location, the safety guards told us that this apartment doesn’t exist and multiple people have been scammed @makemytripcare

All other major travel booking companies have some sort of priority support for their customers during an ongoing but MMT doesn’t. It was a traumatising experience to find another hotel last min and cost us a fortune. Please fix this and refund us.
