@myvoltas Punishment for the customer after buying the AC when the remote is not working is waiting for more than two weeks...still how long ? No one knows..but the customer have to keep on waiting , the irony no dept speaks to each other.

@myvoltas a simple remote related complaint, it takes more than two weeks even to address, can i say the term customer service for voltas is only a word in paper/ digital, i am still waiting for a resolution without realizing the reality ..miracle is a word i am looking for.

@sainikhil99 @makemytrip Ideally they should have directed the customer service dept officials internally to address your concerns rather redirecting you that dept, this shows their attitude towards their customer ..

@HitachiHomes hi do you normally fill gas for window AC at home or do you take it to your service center for filling the gas and hold it for two days to check if there is any leak? Can any one from Hitachi reply

@HitachiAirCon can you check on your adambakkam agency, chennai, they have taken my AC for filling up of gas in the morning and not returned yet. In this age can't this not done at home.. It appears to be fishy not convincing.. Can someone reply

@SamsungIndia I'm in your tnagar service center, waiting for more than one hour, it's a chaos.Staff are less and they don't even know how to manage.. It really makes me feel why I bought a Samsung product.. Some are attended inbetween, q management is not there.. It's a pain
